Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital products:

We issue refunds for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.

We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:

  • Download issues (if you experience problems while downloading the product).

After 3 days of the original purchase of the product, we will not, under any circumstances deliver partial or full refunds of digital products.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Coaching & Membership programs:

We do not issue partial or full refunds on any coaching or mentoring programs. These programs are an organic process customized for each individual based on where they are at. Therefore, we will not under any circumstances deliver any refunds for coaching and membership programs.
